என் வாழ்கையில் விளையாடியவர்கள் ...

Growing up in a joint family had its own advantages outnumbering minor misgivings if at all there were any.

I grew up in a joint family with Aunts, Uncles and cousins.Nobody spared anybody. Every one of us was subjected to harmless  sarcasm, satire, leg-pulling all of which only turned us out to be a good sport, and empowered us with an ability to laugh at oneself.

The resilience that comes with such harmless teasing and satire  is something I would vouch for. I recollect one of my high school teachers' words,

"Never give away the chance to make fun of yourself  to others". Self-deprecating humour does a world of good for sure.

Going down memory lane made me pen my story of sorts in Tamizh. I could not have done justice to this script in English.

It would have never seen the light of day if I had tried to  data process this post inTamizh fonts.
So decided to post images of my writing.

For the benefit of my friends who can not read Tamizh and more so  for  the sake of my Children who cannot read or write Tamil, here is an Audio version of this blog post that I recorded.
